The Australian Association of Medical Recruitment Agents (AAMRA)
The Australian Association of Medical Recruitment Agents (AAMRA)
has been established, as a Special Interest Group, under the auspices
of RCSA. This association represents the special interests and needs
of medical practitioner recruitment agencies in Australia.
The RCSA will oversee the activity and conduct of AAMRA within the
principles of the RCSA
Constitution and Code
for Professional Practice. All AAMRA Members will be
respondent to the RCSA Constitution, Code for Professional Practice
and Disciplinary and Dispute Resolution Procedure (DDRP)
and other such compliance documents as developed by the RCSA.
Members of AAMRA are required to abide by the Commonwealth
Code of Practice for the International Recruitment of Healthcare
Workers and be aware of the information in the Companion
Document,
as part of their overall Membership obligation to comply with all
legislation and other compliance requirements specific to the industries
in which they operate.
RCSA will ensure that Membership
applications to AAMRA are processed in accordance
with the RCSA Constitution and Membership procedures to ensure
the integrity and validity of the application and performance
in areas of operation in the recruitment industry.
AAMRA Members have nominated a six member National
Committee which comprises a President, Vice-president and Committee
Members to oversee Education & Training and Ethics & Professional
Practice.
