The Australia Association of a Nursing Recruitment Agencies (AANRA) formerly Nursing Agencies Association of Australia(NAAA) has been established as a Member group under the auspices of the RCSA. This member group of the RCSA is established to cater for the special interests and needs of Corporate Member Agencies whose business is the provision of recruitment and agency services to the nursing industry of Australia.

The RCSA will oversee the activity and conduct of AANRA within the principles of the RCSA Constitution, RCSA By Laws, Code for Professional Practice and the Disciplinary & Dispute Resolution Procedures (DDRP) and other such compliance documents as developed by the RCSA from time to time.

Members of AANRA commit to abide by the RCSA Code for Professional Practice and any schedules or addendums that are developed as part of their overall Membership obligation to comply with all legislative and regulatory requirements specific to the industries in which they operate.

RCSA will ensure that Membership applications to AANRA are processed in accordance with the RCSA Constitution and Membership By Laws to maintain the integrity and validity of the applicants and performance in their specific areas of operation in the recruitment industry.

AANRA Members have nominated a Council to oversee its operations and to ensure all matters with respect to nursing agency issues are addressed with a "whole of industry" voice as well as to provide for the dissemination of information, training and networking opportunities to ensure that Members of AANRA are always recognized for their best practice.
