  • NMIT is an RCSA Education Partner providing a range of sector specific professional education programs for practitioners with roles in recruitment, on-hire amd HR services.  The following programs are recognised by, and delivered in partnership with, the RCSA. These programs are recognised when applying as an RCSA Accredited Professional.

    The RCSA Professional Diploma in Human Resource Consulting is a four unit academic part-time off campus learning program developed in association with the Faculty of Business and Economics at Monash University. The program focuses on contemporary HR Consulting and Management.

  • The RCSA Keystone Series represents the Association's annual program of thought leadership and professional recognition. These include the Workforce Symposium, the President's Awards Dinner, the Bridging Connections Conference and State of the Industry Address.

    The Certificate in OHS Risk Management (On - hired Worker Services) is an industry enterprise partnership between SRM Risk, RCSA (Recruitment and Consulting Services Association Ltd and NMIT (Northern Melbourne Institute of TAFE). This qualification develops knowledge, understanding and skills regarding compliance to Oh&S responsibilities and requirements for those working in the on - hire employment sector.
