  • Suppliers and Service Providers Program: Affiliation

    RCSA Affiliates are committed to providing services of the highest quality and value to the on-hire, recruitment and workforce consulting sector. Through their Affiliation they demonstrate their interest in keeping abreast of the major issues and achievements of the profession.

  • Practitioners Program: Fellowship

    Australia & New Zealand

    Fellowship of the RCSA is the pinnacle of achievement for recruitment professionals. The disctinction of Fellowship is awarded after a candidate has proven superior knowledge and wisdom in the field of recruitment consulting.Upon achievement of the award of Fellowship status by the RCSA Board of Directors after recommendation by the Accreditation Committee, Fellows are inaugurated into the community of Fellows.Registration of candidature is only open to Accredited Professional Recruiters with five or more years of relevant experience who are prepared to undertake the necessary qualifications for Fellowship. The annual registration fee for Fellows is equal to that of Accredited Professional Recruiters.

  • Practitioners Program: Accredited Professional Recruiter

    The RCSA Accredited Professional Recruiter program is your pathway to being recognised as an experienced, ethical and skilled recruitment professional. Your RCSA Accreditation shows your clients and job seekers that you add value to the recruitment process; that you understand and protect the rights of all parties; and that you are constantly maintaining and improving your knowledge. RCSA Accredited Professional Recruiters are bound by the RCSA Code for Professional Conduct; commit to conducting 25 Continuing Professional Education points each year including five points gained through annual updates on the RCSA Code for Professional Conduct.

    Australia & New Zealand

    If your company specialises in the recruitment of nursees you can apply to belong to the RCSA Member Group, the Australian Association of Nursing Recruitment Agencies (AANRA). Nominate to be included on the RCSA Membership Application form.

    If your company specialises in the recruitment of overseas-trained doctors you can apply for Membership to the RCSA Member Group, the Australian Association of Medical Recruitment Agents (AAMRA). Nominate to be included for this group on the RCSA Application form.
