The RCSA Professional Diploma in Human Resource Consulting is a four unit academic part-time off campus learning program developed in association with the Faculty of Business and Economics at Monash University. The program focuses on contemporary HR Consulting and Management.

In today’s competitive recruitment industry, consultants need to be equipped with up to date academic knowledge of the various activities in Human Resource Management.  Managing candidates, not only through recruitment and selection and the various activities involved with this procedure, but also to have an in-depth understanding as to why they are carried out. You will expand your knowledge to gain an understanding of managing people, financial management or marketing by choosing the various elective units on offer.

This program is recognised for accreditation as an RCSA Accredited Professional.

Semester 2, 2009 enrolments close 19th June.
