RCSA Sample Australian Workplace Agreements & Prohibited Content – Further Update
The OEA have indicated that the draft template Australian Workplace Agreement for Recruitment Consultant Employees has prohibited content and should be reviewed. RCSA’s advisers Cooper Grace Ward Lawyers have responded to this comment and we await further feedback. Members who have purchased this document should contact Cooper Grace Ward Lawyers, as part of their advisory service, to clarify any revisions they made need to do in the interim.
The OEA has also indicated that, at this point, with respect to the draft templates Australian Workplace Agreement for Casual and Non – Casual On-Hire Employees and the Clerical Temporary Employees (NSW) they are unable to conclude whether the Agreement contains prohibited content.
RCSA Members are advised to ensure they use the advisory service hours they are entitled to, when purchasing these documents, or alternatively ensure their own legal advisers are aware of this correspondence from the OEA – if they are not using the RCSA’s providers.
