The Certificate IV in
Business (Employment Services) is a nationally accredited, industry
recognised qualification for the
employment services industry. It helps people build their knowledge
and skills in professional recruitment services with a
strong focus on candidate and client management. It is comprised
of four compulsory modules (areas of study) plus a
further six modules of which the RCSA recommends a core learning
stream of four modules to make a total of ten modules.

Online Learning via the RCSA Website.
There are no educational or employment prerequisites to enrol in
any module of the Certificate IV in Business
(Employment Services), and enrolments are taken at any time of the year
