Speaker Opportunities

RCSA regularly holds conferences, workshops and events to educate and inform its Members.

If you would like to contribute to the professional body of knowledge by sharing your expertise, there may be an opportunity, depending on the criteria below.

RCSA runs programs and events for its Members, and as such these are run according to Members’ needs. After you have submitted the application below we would run your synopsis past a sample number of Members for their input. All submissions will be considered however there is no guarantee of acceptance.


Please note: all sessions are based on education and any proposals which attempt to promote or sell products will not be considered.


 

Criteria for selection:

 


    •   Demonstration of business benefits and outcomes
    •   Inclusion of new material
    •   Incorporates a practical case-study
    •   Relevance to the recruitment industry.

 

If selected

 


    •   Any handout material required must be provided by the speaker and previously agreed with RCSA.
    •   Agreement must be made to not market products or services during the session

 

Registration

 


As a member-based organisation, RCSA does not pay speaker fees for call for paper speakers or provide commissions. RCSA will cover a speaker’s economy airfare, transfers and one night accommodation if required. All speakers are expected to be financial RCSA Supporters.


 

Instructions for completing your submission

 


To be considered, submission must follow these specifications:


    •   Email your proposal to Claudia Gray, RCSA Learning Centre and Major Events Manager, cgray@rcsa.com.au
    •   Follow the submission preparation format (see below)
    •   Any information included with your submission will be retained by RCSA.

 

Notification

 


Presenters will be contacted if further clarification is needed or to ascertain availability for events. It is not necessary to contact RCSA regarding acceptance or rejection of your submission. All submissions will be kept on file.


 

Presentation Agreement

 


If your proposal is accepted by the RCSA, presenters must guarantee that they are the sole proprietor of this material.
