Australian Association of Nursing Recruitment Agencies

The Australian Association of Nursing Recruitment Agencies (AANRA) is the voice of nursing agencies who are members of the RCSA.  Its mission is to represent and serve the special interests of nursing recruitment agencies for the increased profile and professionalism of the industry.

 

AANRA Members are recognised by healthcare providers for their commitment to quality and excellence. Members have access to extensive education, corporate and industry resources to support and assist them in striving to achieve industry best practice.

 

Healthcare providers need to know the nursing recruitment agency they are working with has expertise in and is familiar with the latest developments in areas such as legal compliance, issues of occupational health and safety, issues of corporate and candidate privacy and the importance of strong, proven recruitment processes.
