RCSA WebinR Platform  Hire


RCSA's WebinR Platform can be hired by Members or external parties to deliver information, training, hold meetings and make presentations.

Events Centre Using Audio Broadcast & Teleconferencing Functions $250  + GST

Fees Cover:

  • RCSA to distribute session login details on behalf of hirer
  • The audio broadcast fees and teleconferencing phone charges/fees for the participants
  • Technical support for presenters and attendees from RCSA & Webex (where possible)
  • Access to a recording of the session via a weblink.


Conditions:

  • Hirer must provide a list of attendee names and email addresses at least 24 hours prior to session start for distribution of login details
  • RCSA must be in attendance for all sessions acting as the HOST
  • All documents and PowerPoint presentations to be used in the session must be provided to RCSA at least 24 hours prior to the start of the session
  • Maximum of 200 participants (including the host and presenter) for any session
  • Cost is for a single session – based on one hour duration
  • * Teleconferencing calls are charged at a minimum rate of $0.27per line/per minute – BUT MAY FLUCTUATE BASED ON RATES CHARGED TO THE RCSA. ALL TELECONFERENCING CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR SESSION MUST BE PAID IN ADDITION TO ABOVE HIRE CHARGES.

Definitions:


AUDIO BROADCAST

Means the host and presenter deliver a presentation via a telephone conference call to all participants who listen over the internet. Participants connect to the session via an email which provides the log in details and follow onscreen prompts. Participants cannot talk back to the presenter during this session, however can participate through the typing chat room, polling, Q&A panel and via actively drawing/marking the presentation on screen where required.

TELECONFERENCING FUNCTION

Means that the host and presenter deliver a presentation via a telephone conference call to all participants who may also join the conference call to speak & listen. Participants connect to the session via an email which provides the log in details. Once connected participants also dial into the call via the numbers on the onscreen prompts. Participants can talk back during this session (via the phone connection) and can also participate through the typing chat room, polling, Q&A panel and via actively drawing/marking the presentation on screen where required.
