JobSeekers
Welcome to the RCSA Australia & New Zealand Job Seekers' Resource Centre.
This section is specially focussed on the needs of job seekers, flexible workers and contractors who use the services of on-hire, recruitment and workforce solutions practitioners as part of their engagement with work.
The RCSA supports job seekers and flexible workers through providing information on the engagement process; how to recognise an RCSA Member Company; how to find a consultant who has achieved Accredited Professional Recruiter status; and advice if anything goes wrong.
If you are actively seeking work and want to contact recruiters, please search through the Index of RCSA Member Companies.
The RCSA is the industry association for recruitment companies and therefore does not conduct recruitment activities or arrange placements itself. Do not send RCSA your CV.
