The RCSA Accredited Professional program provides a pathway of opportunities for individuals to ensure they can maintain their personal and professional knowledge and skill development.

Maintaining accreditation ensures that your clients and candidates recognise your professionalism and commitment to best practice.

Commitment to self development is critical in this fast paced industry and more particularly with the continuously changing legislative and compliance regimes.

RCSA Accreditation ensures that you are recognised as a consultant who:
  •   adds value to the relationships with your clients
  •   understands and protect the rights of your candidates
  •   expands your own knowledge and professionalism

If you are a natural person (not a company) and agree to present your application for accreditation to the Consultant Accreditation Panel and are eligible under the RCSA By Laws to become registered as an Accredited Professional Recruiter then you can be registered as such with the Association and use the RCSA postnominals MRCSA or FRCSA depending on the accreditation awarded.

NOTE: The application fee is for assessment of your Accreditation. There will be a renewal fee annually to maintain your accreditation records.

As an Accredited Professional Recruiter it is your responsibility to ensure your data is always accurate and indicative of your employment and training activity. Your Accreditation listing is the key to tracking your accreditation points and your professional pathway.

If any changes have occurred and you need your personal an/or employment information updated please complete the proforma and return to RCSA as soon as possible.
