Business Manager’s Survey – your input please

The RCSA Business Managers’ quarterly survey is available for completion and is a key measure in demonstrating the sector’s value and current issues to Government and to other interested groups. The survey will remain open until the 8th January as there is some additional information being collected this round 

RCSA is once again a Member of the International Confederation of Private Employment Agencies (Ciett) and, part of our responsibility is to assist Ciett to collect data for the global agency worker survey report which will allow Ciett to include Australia and New Zealand for the first time.  The questions will allow the report to make global comparisons and show where Australia and New Zealand are at with these issues compared to other countries.
