Company Membership: RCSA
Australia & New Zealand
RCSA Membership supports companies in the on-hire, recruitment and workforce solutions sector through a range of innovative programs which are available exclusively to RCSA Members or at highly preferential pricing.
Why Become a Corporate Member?
Being a Member of RCSA demonstrates a company’s commitment to professional standards and accountability. It tells clients, candidates and stakeholders that the company is bound by the Code for Professional Conduct, and subject to disciplinary procedures if it should breach the Code.
Being a Member also gives your company a voice when policy decisions are being made by governments. The RCSA’s lobbying team listens to the views of Members, then communicates with the Government by making submissions and representations on their behalf. In the past, RCSA has contributed to the outcomes of major employment, business and regulatory issues. CEO Julie Mills is also on Deputy Prime Minister Julia Gillard’s Business Advisory Group, which provides input to the development of industrial relations legislation.
RCSA also works towards building the profile of the talent management industry, and positioning it as a professional, valued part of the business and employment landscape. This is achieved by media profiling, conducting and distributing research about the industry and securing speaking opportunities for the RCSA’s President and CEO. A key message within all communication is that working with an RCSA Member is the only way to be assured of professional standards and accountability.
Another important benefit of Membership is access to the latest industry and business information. RCSA monitors a wide range of sources to create the CEO’s newshub and Business Solutions Contact and keep Members up to date with compliance, legislative, business and recruitment industry news. Additionally, the Recruitment Journal is a quarterly print publication that provides in-depth news and features.
Core to the aim of fostering the industry’s professional standards is the provision of education and development, and this is a key benefit of RCSA Membership. Pitched at all levels – from the most senior to entry-level consultants – the RCSA learning program offers a range of formats and topics. Face to face seminars, interactive webinR’s, online courses and keystone events are just some of the options available – at discounted Member rates – to ensure all employees have the skills and knowledge they need to work effectively.
