Meet the Presenter: Brenda James

Brenda has been recruiting since 2000 when she joined Morgan and Banks and received premium industry training right from the start by being with an RCSA member business.  The training paid off and she has enjoyed every moment of her 19 year recruitment career, building significant portfolios in a variety of industries and growing in confidence year after year.  Being one who believes ‘once you’ve been in recruitment there is no going back’, Brenda has enjoyed a career full of the usual recruitment highs and lows; mostly highs; celebrating frequent milestones and enjoying many years as a top performer.  She even fitted in study around her recruitment career to become a qualified career development practitioner in 2008.

In 2018, Brenda set up her own business coaching people toward career clarity and taking meaningful career steps.  She continues to recruit on a smaller scale, but her real connection with the industry is in paying forward all the advice and learning she has gathered by participating in the PEARL mentoring program and facilitating career and personal development workshops throughout the Country.  She looks forward to taking you on an exciting learning journey.
