The Location:

Set against a stunning backdrop of seaside views on the west coast of Auckland, the Leadership Collective is excited to be hosting our training programme at Castaways Resort, situated on the beautiful black sands of Karioitahi Beach. Located just an hour's drive of the Auckland CBD, 55 minutes from Auckland Airport and 90 minutes from Hamilton, it's a true getaway that's close to home.
