StaffSure Certification Workshop

Overview

RCSA developed StaffSure as a simple solution for business, government and workers to find and partner with reputable labour hire companies, professional contracting firms and private employment agencies.

The StaffSure standard focuses on workforce service providers compliance to workforce management related legislation such as Fair Work, Work Health & Safety and Migration. Both the labour hire licencing laws and the StaffSure standard are demanding on-hire firms to ensure they’re at the top of their workforce management game. The consequences of not being legally compliant to such laws can be significant to the workforce service provider, their directors and the workers.
