Healthcare - Ways to Prepare for the Start of Labour Hire Licensing
Overview:
The next webinar, in the RCSA labour hire licensing series, will focus on ways to prepare for the start of labour hire licensing.
RCSA members already know, from our regular labour hire licensing updates, webinars and guidance notes, that there are still a range of elements being finalised by the Queensland and South Australian Governments before their schemes are complete. However, there are still practical things that can be done to prepare for the start of licensing, no matter how unprepared those governments are.
This webinar will focus on the key things members can do to get a head start on preparing for making your licensing application.
Join Andrew Wood, the guru of licensing to understand what you can do to prepare.
For members wanting access to the existing guidance prepared on the Queensland Labour Hire Licensing Law click
here and for South Australia click
here. These guides will help you prepare for the webinar.
Furthermore, as will be discussed in the webinar, RCSA has developed the StaffSure Workforce Services Provider Certification scheme, which is the only industry-specific certification program recognised in the Queensland consultation paper on the labour hire licensing regulations. Information on the benefits of StaffSure certification for your licensing preparation will be covered in this webinar.
RCSA continues to lobby hard on the regulations and scheme elements in Queensland and South Australia and will be next in Brisbane conducting meetings with Government representatives on 8 February. Further weekly labour hire licensing update webinars will be scheduled from 9 February to ensure RCSA members continue to receive updates and information before anybody else. Stay tuned for information on these webinars so we, as a community of businesses, can stay ahead of the rest.
