Matthew Fante
The NDIS is the biggest reform of its type since Medicare. With all reforms of this size and scale there is confusion and gaps in information for both providers and participants alike. This session will look at the key areas of concern raised by agencies and will help providers identify areas of operational readiness and potential opportunities for revenue expansion.
The session will be hosted by Mathew Fante who has an undergraduate in Nursing and an MA in Management. Mathew was a Senior Manager with the NSW Department Of Family and Community Services where he helped implement the NDIS across southern NSW. Since starting Mathew Fante consulting Mathew has assisted numerous organisations across Australia to develop sustainable and profitable business models within the NDIS environment.
