Resiliency for Recruiters:  Management & Leadership Level

Overview:

“Resilient people have strong personal resources and skills to manage stress and conflict as well as a good support network to help them deal with the pressures of work. Results are found through increased productivity, reduced turnover, clear work/life integration, greater workplace engagement and a mentally healthy workplace.

The following cluster of seminars will teach organisation leaders how to identify and support their teams through nurturing resilience due to work related stress or burn out and how to handle those stresses through increased collaboration and communication.

Dr Natalie Flatt has designed exclusive to RCSA Members this Management and Leadership resilience workshop targeting recruitment specific areas.  This is a great way to introduce yourself or your front line leaders the key components of resilience.  The workshop raises awareness of the relationship between resilience, health and performance.
