Recruitment Consulting (NZ) Essentials Online Program

 
The RCSA is invested in providing a comprehensive training package for new recruitment consultants joining the industry and as a result of Covid restrictions and responding to the interest for our usual face-to-face Recruitment Consulting Certificate workshop we have introduced the Recruitment Consulting Essentials program to support member training needs.

To be delivered in a condensed version of our usual Certificate, this will be a temporary offering and is scheduled to run from August through to October 2020.

Recruitment Consulting Essentials online program, will qualify learners with the basic knowledge, an understanding and the skills across key processes involved in recruitment. The purpose of the program is a great pathway option that leads learners into further training specialising within their industry and or role requirement within their organisation.  The learning outcomes reflect current industry practice and the must have skills associated with recruitment legislation and the RCSA Code of Professional Conduct. 

The program is delivered virtually using Zoom which will be held across 5 x 2-hr sessions (total of 10 hrs) over the course of a 2 week period.

• 23rd September, Candidates & Recruitment Consulting Part 1/2
• 24th September, Candidates & Recruitment Consulting Part 2/2 
• 30th September, Clients & Sales 1/3
• 1st October, Clients & Sales Part 2/3
• 2nd October, Clients & Sales Part 3/3

To gain Professional Accreditation, registered attendees are required to select the additional registration option 'Professional Accreditation Add-on Registration' at check out, this registration option comes at an additional fee of $200.00 Ex GST.

This add-on to the essentials program will enable learners to access a series of 6 e-Learn online modules and an exam.  Upon successful completion learners will receive complimentary  Accredited Professional Recruiter (APRCSA).  

Meet the facilitator: Penni Hlaca, MRCSA

With 20 years recruitment experience across, Australia and New Zealand, Penni can offer course participants an insight into growing a recruitment career from the ground up. Penni has built many a desk across a variety of industries and until recently held leadership roles with global organisations.

Penni is a co-director at Togethr HR a New Zealand business which can help prevent HR issues developing and provide the right kind of support for organisations exactly when they need it. Penni’s pragmatic approach ensures learners will enjoy an honest and insightful session where best practice being high on her agenda.

Penni has spent 20 years working with global recruitment firms and was chosen as Recruitment Leader of the Year (Seek SARA, 2018). Penni is an active member of the RCSA (peak body for the recruitment and staffing industry in New Zealand and Australia) and she sits on the NZ Council and is a Board Director for New Zealand and Australia.

Video Workshop sessions are live interactive workshop and, unless otherwise notified by RCSA, are not recorded and therefore will not be available to view following their completion. We do not provide any refunds for non-attendance or absence on the day.
