Leadership in Motion

Leadership in Motion

Overview:

As the pandemic continues to evolve, the role of a leader has never been important.  In this new world of work where many recruitment leaders are challenged to lead hybrid work models, what is required now is fundamental change in the skills leaders need to succeed in leading their team.  Effective leadership in this new hybrid world requires different skills that go beyond the traditional traits, leaders now need to operate well across virtual and face to face modes.

Join industry recruitment coach Sophie Robertson who will support leaders 'new and experienced' in this bespoke two-day facilitated program with a follow up 90-minute zoom session.
