Overview:

If you’re a Manager or Director of a recruitment business, then it’s likely that you’ve written a business plan or two. The question is, how often did they stay in a drawer until it was time to write the next one?!

Writing a plan, just because you’ve been asked to… or you think it’s the right thing to do, doesn’t always mean it’s going to be successful. It’s a start – but just that – there’s so much more required to make sure that it’s followed up, monitored and executed to it’s full potential.
