In recruitment there is never enough time to get done what we need to do every day, so wouldn't it be nice to know exactly where your priorities lie with all customers - clients, candidates and your company?

This video workshop examines where we lose time, how a recruitment consultant (or manager) can be more effective and efficient in the tasks that they need to complete with the aim of being proactive in day to day tasks… instead of constantly reacting!

To question clients and candidates effectively to be able to identify the ideal customers

Meet the facilitator: Angela Cripps

Delivery:
