Quarterly Business Planning
Overview:
The information shared in this session will look at how to break down annual targets and plans into quarterly business plans, that can be followed on a monthly/weekly/daily basis.
Angela Cripps is a true advocate for utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and will demonstrate in this video workshop the required leadership activities in achieving the results that you need. This doesn’t mean setting blanket levels of activities across the board as many people view KPIs to be, but instead, analyzing the ratios and stats from the previous quarter to establish what actually needs to be achieved in terms of activities producing the required results.
