Dare to Lead™
Virtual Workshop

Overview:

What's your call to courage?

NEW updated Dare to Lead™ Program PLUS Daring Rollout Program facilitated by Executive CDTL PCC & Organisational Relationship Systems Coach Angela Giacoumis, and supported by the established team of Emotous.

Our program provides the most current Dare to Lead™ content, which includes new research, team reports, a revised workbook & resources, and exclusive access to the new Daring Teams Rollout Program.

If you want to create impactful behavioural and cultural change within your organisation, the Daring Team Rollout Program will give you the tools, skills and insights as a Dare to Lead™ graduate to run short, regular meetings with your team based on the latest Dare to Lead™ research, resources and content.

Whether you want to accelerate performance, build resilience and deepen trust in your team, the Daring Team Rollout Program will support you to coordinate seven well thought through and structured 'meetings in a box' that will leave your team members feeling inspired, motivated and well equipped to lead from wherever they stand.

How do we develop more braver, daring leadership?

This program is designed for Leaders or anyone passionate about accelerating their performance, who wants to show up, be brave and create environments where they inspire others around them to do the same.

In today’s ever-changing world, bravery and courage is essential to maximising relationships, creating engaged cultures, propelling performance and increasing organisational resilience. At the centre of all of this is vulnerability, our pathway to courage and the birthplace of innovation, creativity and trust.

Brené Brown’s research tells us that courage is a collection of four skills sets that are all learnable, teachable and measurable. In this 4-week program you will study four modules in conjunction with pre/post support and our ongoing quarterly Courageous Leadership Integration sessions (as part of our Dare to Lead™ Alumni Community).
