AU & NZ: Introduction to WHS Compliance for On-Hire

AU & NZ:   Intro to WHS Compliance for On-Hire

Overview:

A recruitment firm who places on-hire workers with host Australian or New Zealand organisations, has legal obligations under health and safety law that they must fulfill.

It is common practice for recruitment firms to task their recruitment consultants, account managers and administration staff with the responsibility of compliance activities. These compliance activities often include, delivering inductions, obtaining an adequate job brief, carrying out host WHS assessments and monitoring the health and safety of the worker throughout their placement.

Hosted by Risk Collective, join Amy Towers for this online course, where attendees will learn the right skills and gain confidence to effectively manage on-hired worker placements.
