Overview:

This two-part video workshop series is for consultants, managers and managing consultants who are looking to be more effective in managing their time and energy with the ultimate goal of better business outcomes.

Why join?  Do you find there is just not enough time in a day? Cameron Elliot, a results driven and goal-orientated leader designed thi Time and Self Management program for RCSA members to improve effectiveness and reduce stress associated with running a desk and/or managing other consultants.

The program will cover how to use systems to be able to improve effectiveness. This program not only ensures you will have greater success as a consultant or manager but shows you how to do it in a more fulfilling, happier and less stressful way. A great way to reflect on your 2019 processes and prepare for further success in 2020!

Meet the facilitator: Cam Elliot


 A results driven and goal-oriented leader - passionate about all things learning and development and sales performance. Cam previously led multiple sales groups for Australia, New Zealand and Singapore markets, now focusing on facilitating corporate training, improving sales performance and helping organisations close more business. Director and Founder at Elevate Sales Development and Sales Systems Consulting Cam has designed a series of workshop and video sessions exclusive to RCSA.

With more than 15-years years experience in sales and advertising within the online media and publishing industry and holding key positions held at ACP Magazines and Seven Network, management of iconic Australian brands (Qantas and Jetstar), and involvement with international events (Sydney 2000 Olympics and Rugby World Cup Series).

Delivery:

  • An interactive engaging two part Part I & Part II each session is a 2-hour video workshop delivery using Zoom
  • As per our Terms & Conditions Video Workshops are not recorded, therefore will not be available to view post the scheduled date and time
  • Any no-show attendees will be marked absent and will be considered as a non-refundable transaction
