Employment Law Basics: Understanding the Essentials
Overview:
As a member of the RCSA and your recognition as a professional recruiter you are legally obligated to comply with all aspects of Australian employment law and ensure your employees can work comfortably in a safe and secure environment – free of bullying, discrimination, and harassment.
Complying with employment law is no joke, being compliant is not only good business practice but foremost enables recruiters to be confidant and handle conversations had with clients and candidates. - Employment Contracts including calculating rates of pay
