Exclusive for RCSA Members is the first instalment of our Practical Sourcing Collab Workshops, dedicated sessions where global sourcing specialists will show Australian and New Zealand recruiters the practical skills and platforms to find talent specific to industry.  

In our first instalment, the spotlight is on for recruitment professionals sourcing tech talent.   Tech talent is hard to find because often the skills needed to fill job orders can be highly technical and simply good tech candidates are hard to come by.  So if you are  tired of hitting your head against a brick wall when it comes to finding Java/C#/iOS Developers and would you like to add new platforms in where you can find tech talent,  then look no further!

Meet the facilitator: Vanessa Raath

Vanessa Raath is determined to bring the ‘Human Element’ back into today’s Recruitment Process as she believes it has been lacking for too long now!

Vanessa believes that people are the core building blocks of every business but that doesn’t mean that we can treat every ‘block’ the same. With over 10 years’ experience in the Recruitment Industry, Vanessa specialised in the IT Applications space for most of this time. Before starting her career in Recruitment, she taught unruly children in London; operated a chairlift in the USA and taught people to Scuba Dive in SE Asia. 

Delivery:

• A practical live 1.5-hour video workshop delivery using Zoom
• This session is capped to a maximum of 8 individual learners and all learners will be expected to participate using their PC Camera
