Its Time to Stand up for Candidate Care

Its Time to Stand up for Candidate Care

Overview:

This panel session, hosted by the RCSA will explore how the recruitment industry as a whole is dealing with both applicants and candidates and how this is impacting on their experience with the agencies or employers. We will also try to find out what the expected service level should be. Is there enough focus from employers and agencies on this important element of their role?

The panelists will also provide strategies to candidates about how to approach the market.

This panel session will be hosted by Justin Hillier, CEO & Founder of Recruiter Insider:
Having been in the recruitment industry for 20 years, the candidate experience has been something that has been an extreme passion of his, so much so he built a platform to help agencies and companies measure it more accurately. Known for not being shy, Justin provides his experience not only based on his own beliefs but on data.
