Negotiation for the 360 consultant

Negotiation for the 360 consultant

Overview:

Now more than ever, your clients are going to want you to negotiate… and your candidates will want you to negotiate on their behalf to get the best deal possible for them. The ability to negotiate is a critical skill for recruiters and being able to do it on behalf of two other parties – as the 360 recruiter does – is doubly hard! In this webinar, Angela will explore the role of a 360 recruiter, preparing for negotiation situations and techniques to make sure that everyone wins from an interaction.

Please Note: Session Time 09.30AM - 10.30AM AEST*

Learning Outcomes:

  • The role of the 360 consultant
