Overview:

The information shared in this webinar will look at how to break down annual targets and plans into quarterly business plans, that can be followed on a monthly/weekly/daily basis.

Angela is a true advocate for utilising key performance indicators (KPIs) to be able to identify the required activities to be able to achieve the results that you need. This doesn’t mean setting blanket levels of activities across the board as many people view KPIs are, but instead analysing the ratios and stats from the previous quarter to establish what actually needs to be achieved in terms of activities producing the required results.
