Overview:

As a recruiter your ability to make the ‘perfect match’ for your clients and candidates can be determined by the amount of knowledge you have on the role and your candidates. Therefore, your questioning abilities are critical to be a successful recruiter.

As a recruiter, it’s important that we build trust and confidence in our capabilities and the candidate interview is a key element of the recruitment process; get this part wrong and the whole process can fall apart at any stage.

Meet the facilitator: Angela Cripps

She is an experienced trainer, management consultant, executive coach, mentor and performance specialist who has been working within the recruitment industry since the late 1980s. Her aim is to make companies more successful and profitable through the development of their people and processes.
