Building Trust
Overview:
As a recruiter you are the link between the clients and the candidates. Most times, you need the support of your manager and colleagues to get a placement over the line, so being able to build trust with your external and internal customers, is critical to be a successful recruiter.
As a team leader or manager, we need to act as role-models to those we are responsible for and knowing the elements of trustworthy behaviours, and how to re-build trust after it has been eroded, is a benefit for all.

Meet the facilitator: Angela Cripps
Angela is the owner of Connemara UK. She is an experienced trainer, management consultant, executive coach, mentor and performance specialist who has been working within the recruitment industry since the late 1980s.
Her aim is to make companies more successful and profitable through the development of their people and processes. She has worked with over 150 SMEs throughout the world and her LinkedIn recommendations are testament to the impact she can have on a business and it’s people.
