Emotional Intelligence & its Relevance to Recruitment

What is Emotional Intelligence & its Relevance to Recruitment

Overview:

Whilst Emotional Intelligence (EI) begins to develop at an early age, there is always more to learn as we encounter different situations, different people with different communication styles and an ever changing business world.

The need to continuously develop your emotional intelligence can provide you a EI Edge to complement your technical skills and master the role of recruitment professional.  Amy Jacobson of Finding your 'Y', brings her Emotional Intelligence workshops to the Recruitment and Staffing Industry.

This complimentary webinar for RCSA members aims to introduce learners to the core concepts of emotional intelligence and how to leverage the emotional mind to understand what makes clients and candidates tick. It is through this stage that learners can build their self-confidence and the foundations of EI to create the human edge in recruitment.

Please note: Session Time 11:00am - 12:00pm AEST*

Learning Outcomes:

  • Identify the 5 key factors of EI, what they mean and how they relate to recruitment
