Tuesday TalkAbout: Professional Conduct

Professional Conduct

Overview:

RCSA’s new Code for Professional Conduct has been authorised by the ACCC to commence on 8 August 2020.

Join the session to understand, How is the new code different from previous codes or other industry codes? Why is it different? What statement does it make about emerging professionalism? How might recruitment & staffing professionals respond to it? How is it enforced and administered?

Hosted by Andrew C. Wood Hon FRCSA (Life) the eight-series program aims to address the Recruitment & Staffing industry 'Waypoints' across Australia and New Zealand. A “waypoint” can be understood as a place on a route or pathway, a stopping point, or a point at which one’s course can be changed. What the future holds from that point forward largely flows from the decisions and commitments which Recruitment & Staffing professionals make for their own organisations and professional lives – either intentionally or by default.

Program Schedule:

  • 21 Jan:  Professional Conduct
  • 28 Jan:  Quality Management
  • 4 Feb:  Risk Management
  • 11 Feb:  Collaboration
  • 18 Feb:  Doing Business
  • 25 Feb:  Conflict & Dispute Resolution
  • 3 Mar:  Employment Shaping
  • 10 Mar:  Independent Contractor

Please note for each session date the delivery time is: 08:30am - 09:00am AEDT*
