Meet the facilitator: Corrie Buchanan

Corrie like most of us fell into the Recruitment industry. Her recruitment career seen her excel from being one of the top billing consultant in the Asia Pacifc region to managing large teams across Sydney and New York. As Corrie’s career flourished her job became increasingly demanding and the stress started to creep into her life at work and at home. Corrie was introduced to Meditation which allowed her to be more productive and focused whilst still remaining happy in and out of the workplace. Corrie went onto study Nutrition at the Institute of Intergrative Nutrition in New York (2013) and has also completed her Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training (2015) through PowerLiving in Bondi and al Byron Bay Yoga
