Connecting with Empathy
Overview:
Empathy is a non-judgemental openness to others’ feelings and experiences that builds connection and awareness, which is critical to building enduring and trusting relationships. It ensures you take other people into account in your decision-making and gives them a rock-solid assurance that you are on the same team.
In short, empathy is essential to building and leading high-performance teams.
Too little empathy and you will have difficulty building relationships; too much and you will have difficulty saying no to people and at times feel as though people take advantage of you.
This webinar will highlight why empathy is easy for some and difficult for others; it will provide insight to how you can manage your empathy if you are highly empathic and if you’re empathetically challenged, as well as give you advise on how to build your empathy to increase your connection with people.
This webinar is ideal for Team Leaders, Managers & Directors in the Recruitment Industry:
