Part II: Negotiating & Closing Strategies for Recruiters

Part I:  Negotiating & Closing Strategies for Recruiters

Overview:

Great negotiators are trained, not born.  Negotiation is an art.

Hiring the best candidates in the market requires the power to communicate, persuade and surface compelling arguments as appropriate.

This is Part II of a two-part webinar series (Part I to be delivered on 4th June) covering fundamentals of Negotiation and Closing Strategies.  Join Laura Stoker who will provide participants with the road map and tools necessary to negotiate and close candidates with confidence and skill.

Why Attend?

Recruitment is Sales:  Once you've identified the right candidate, it is critical to close them in a strong, positive manner that results in a win/win feeling - and the right deal for both parties.  To accomplish this sometimes difficult objective, recruiters and hiring managers need to understand the negotiation process, and how to move both sides forward to a successful agreeement.

Negotiation is an Art: If you want to hire the best candidates in the market, your powers of communication, persuasion and reason need to be compelling.
