RCSA is seeking Members who are interested in joining the Next Gen Collective. If you would like to develop your leadership skills, be seen as an emerging leader within the recruitment industry and give back to an industry that you’re passionate about, then join us in becoming a part of the Next Gen Collective and be a part of the conversation.

What is the Next Gen Collective?

The Next Gen Collective is a group of RCSA members whose purpose is to help attract and retain top talent within the recruitment industry and examine emerging trends. The Next Gen Collective offers direct leadership opportunities for recruitment consultants and emerging leaders, early in their career.

Opportunities include:

• Meeting quarterly with the Next Gen Collective
• Providing feedback on Next Gen initiatives
• Contributing ideas to influence Next Gen strategy
• Examining emerging industry trends
• Leading RCSA initiatives and projects
• Hosting and speaking at RCSA events,
• Supporting RCSA advocacy within government
• Enjoying networking with Next Gen peers
• Learning from industry leaders
