Overview:

Programmed Skilled Workforce is committed to achieving Zero Harm.  As the 2019 Industry Award Winners their Workplace Health and Safety entry placed them above the rest.

They seek to continuously look for opportunities to make workplaces safer for their field of employees and customers alike.  Managing the safety of their young workers (aged between 15 to 24) was identified as a key area where they felt they could make a real difference.  Join this session to understand their program for innovative safety excellence.

Meet the Presenter: Shah Abdul-Rahman

Shah Abdul-Rahman has over 20 years of HSEQ leadership experience, across a diverse range of industries including: infrastructure services, mining, manufacturing, FMCG, labour hire, oil and gas and heavy engineering.

Shah now leads Programmed Skilled Workforce, Head of Safety & Systems.
