RCSA Recruitment Consulting Certificate: On-line Program
Overview:
Welcome to the RCSA Recruitment Consulting Certificate: on-line program which is recognised as the foundation for entry level professionals involved in the recruitment and on-hire sector in Australia and New Zealand.
Developed by the RCSA, in conjunction with education professionals, it will provide a broad overview and introduction to the key processes and skills involved in recruitment. It is a comprehensive and practical course addressing the essential elements of contemporary recruitment and on-hire skills and compliance.
The Program is designed to provide essential knowledge of the recruitment and on-hire professional's role and is delivered on-line through the RCSA Elmo Learning Platform.
The total nominal investment of time to complete this program is 15.5 hours over
three months and consists of 12 hours of online study, a 1.5 hour webinar recording, and a two hour open book exam.
Note: this is an open program meaning there is no specific start date.

The Exam:
The exam is sent to each participant (via email) upon completion of the modules and viewing of the webinar, the exam is marked externally by an accredited professional and upon successful completion a certificate will be issued
Who Should Enrol:
Consultants new to the industry with less than six months experience in their recruitment role OR for those who have been in their role between 6 - 12 months and require a refresher
CPD Points:
Completion of this course earns you 25 CPD points, which upon application of membership, provides Accredited Professional (APRCSA) status to successful participants
