Complying with employment law is no joke, being compliant is not only good business practice but foremost enables recruiters to be confident and handle conversations had with clients and candidates.  The objective of this plan to learn program is to ensure recruiters know their responsibilities across the following basics:

  • What are the steps to take when faced with workplace discrimination ?

Vaccines & the Workplace

  • Current law and work sectors that require Covid 19 vaccination
  • Vaccination status in the recruitment process i.e., job briefs, screening, interviewing
  • Responsibilities for recruitment and staffing professionals to remain lawful

Employment Agreements/Contracts

  • Types of employment agreements
  • Conditions set out in agreements/contracts and the broader conditions that may effect on-hire / perm workers
