“These awards are coveted within the industry and are known for uncovering outstanding achievers and achievements within our industry,” said RCSA CEO, Charles Cameron.
“It’s a night of celebration of the year past, while looking to the year ahead as we honour innovative thinking and those who are always pushing the envelope in our sector.
“Every year it is exciting to read the large number of submissions detailing how our members are working with their clients, candidates and communities to create inventive and clever ways to truly lead the way in the world of work.”
Charles said this year’s applications had a strong focus on how members had further supported their communities during a year of further lockdowns, challenges and labour shortages caused by the disruption of the past two years.
“In each of the award categories, we saw incredible evidence of our members working together, knowledge sharing, partnering with organisations on new programs and consistently working to improve the value and service they offer their clients and candidates,” Charles said.
“The underlying theme of each application was that our industry is playing a vital role in the changing world of work,” he said.
The New Zealand RCSA Industry Awards will be held at the Hilton, Auckland on July 7. Tickets are now sold out.
