RCSA Affiliated Trainers

At RCSA we firmly believe that Learning and Development has a fundamental role to play in the success and prosperity of the recruitment and staffing space.

Nurturing and building the capability of recruiters has long been one of RCSA’s primary focus, and with a long track record of developing and delivering innovative learning and development we know what our members want and need.

We also know the strength and potential of the wider recruitment trainer network.

With Learning and Development integral to the attraction, upskilling, and retention of recruitment consultants, industry trainers are placed to play a key role in shaping the success of our industry for years to come.

With this in mind, RCSA has created the RCSA Affiliate Trainer framework.
