This year the RCSA community will come together once again on 7 July 2022 to celebrate the RCSA Industry Awards Night at Hilton Auckland.

As one of the highlights of the RCSA Events Calendar, the RCSA Industry Awards promise a night of fun and celebration as we recognise the standout achievers in the recruitment and staffing space over the last 12 months.

For our 2022 event we are taking inspiration from the Met Gala with a Rec twist. We know our industry loves to dress to impress, and at this year's Rec Gala we're encouraging members to make that bold fashion decision to stand out on the night! We can't wait to see you there.

2022 Awards MC - Brodie Kane


You will never miss Brodie when she is in a room!

Her no-nonsense yet down-to-earth approach is unique and you can be guaranteed that what you see is what you get.

An award-winning journalist, presenter, broadcaster, MC, public speaker and brand ambassador are just a few of the roles Brodie has undertaken in her 14 years in media.

A true storyteller, Brodie is incredibly passionate about engaging with people all around New Zealand. She has used her industry experience to launch her own media business, Brodie Kane Media; working on a broad range of projects including producing weekly podcasts as well as being a host of The Girls Uninterrupted and Kiwi Yarns.

In her spare time Brodie loves to run slightly uncomfortable long distances and has a real passion for gin.
