2018 RCSA Conference - The Art Of Work

In Noosa in 2018, at the RCSA annual conference, we’ll explore the link between Art and Work and look towards the future. We’ll explore the Art of Work with the help of experts like Andrew Banks and Greg Savage who will share their success secrets with you. We’ll have some inspiration from outside the industry too… sporting greats and musicians to inspire us inside and outside the conference room. We’ll then put all this inspiration in context of our changing world, exploring critical trends that will impact your business in the future.

Filling a role is like starting a great work with a blank canvas. When commissioning such a piece you may ask; “What style of painting?”, “What size?” and “How much should I charge?” So many possibilities… In recruitment it is exactly the same, with slightly different questions, “What role?”, “What salary?”, “Location?” With the right information, you can create a masterpiece every time. Art and recruitment may seem worlds apart, but when you take away the suit or the paint-splashed overalls, as long as you have a keen eye for detail, ask all the right questions and listen you’ll find they are very similar.

Join us in Noosa this year, September 5-7, 2018. Together we can paint a brighter future.
