Nigel commenced his career in recruitment in 1977 within one of the large listed firms in the UK and in 13 years worked his way up the corporate ladder from Temp Consultant to Director. In six years, he took the company from $7 million to $75 million in sales and under his leadership, the multi-national firm gained unrivalled success as one of the fastest growing companies of the time.
