Laws of Attraction: How to be a Talent Magnet

Laws of Attraction: How to be a Talent Magnet
Are you a Recruiter worth talking to? When you send that email to a candidate and they look at your online presence, do you look like someone that they would trust with their career?

Laws of Attraction:  How to be a Talent Magnet

Overview:

It takes the right person to find the right people.  Vanessa Raath is a global sourcing specialist who leads recruiters towards developing their personal online brand in order to find and match the best talent. In her experience, it is easier when Talent comes knocking on your door than you having to chase Talent!

This virtual video workshops aims to broaden your horizons for 2020 and implement new effective strategies and tactics in your social recruiting efforts.  The fact that job seekers are more knowledgeable and savvy shoppers is a positive thing, but only for the recruiters who are keeping pace with them.  If your online profile is behind the curve then expect to be overlooked by many job seekers.

We need to ask ourselves – are you a Recruiter worth talking to? When you send that email, or an InMail, to a candidate and they look at your online presence, do you look like someone that they would trust with their career?

The competition to work the best candidates these days is fierce and top talent is going to be attracted to those Recruiters who have taken the time to build an online brand. How are you standing out from your competitors?

Exclusive to RCSA members, this session will get learners to reflect on their own online brand and determine whether they are attractive to the passive talent.

Please Note:  Session Time 2.00PM - 3.30PM AEDT*

Learning Agenda:

  • Is your online brand attractive to the passive talent?
  • What is the importance of your social footprint?
  • Where do you need to be to connect with your social talent?
  • How often should you be posting article and nurturing your community online?
  • What is your LinkedIn Social Selling Index (SSI) score?
